Aner Yarden joined Raicol in December 2012 as CEO.

Aner has extensive experience laying down strategy and delivering complex, mission critical software projects to some of the world’s most demanding customers. He has contributed greatly to the field for over 16 years, developing global business best practices in Europe, USA, and the emerging markets.

Aner holds an MSc in Computer Science and a BSc in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Bar-Ilan University in Israel

Ori joined Raicol in October 2020 as VP of Strategy & Product Management.

Ori has over 14 years of product management and marketing experience in the high-tech industry, with an extensive background in medical devices, healthcare IT, and marketing platforms. As a leader in product management and marketing strategy for high-tech companies, Ori brings a modern approach to challenges in his field.

Prior to joining Raicol, Ori was a partner at StarVision, a product management consulting firm. He also co-founded WishMash and Pause, and served as Impactia’s VP of Product and Marketing. Ori holds a BSc in electrical engineering from HIT and an MBA from IDC.

Avivit joined Raicol in May 2012 as the chief financial officer.

Prior to joining Raicol, since 2007, Avivit worked at RADA Electronic Industries as a controller.

Avivit holds a BA degree in Accounting and in Economics from Tel-Aviv University, and is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.

With over 15 years of experience in the laser industry, Moshe has extensive knowledge of electro-optics and nonlinear optical systems.
Moshe joined Raicol in 2009 as the Director of Sales and led North America sales activities until appointed to Raicol VP of Sales in 2021.
Since then, Moshe has led the Raicol sales teams towards penetration into new markets.
Prior to his roles at Raicol, Moshe served as VP of Sales at Tangotec, a chip manufacturer for the smart home industry, and led the company’s sales in a significant growth stage.
Moshe also previously served as Europe Sales director at TMT Coaxial.
Moshe holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the Lev Academic Center (JCT) and an MBA from Bar Ilan University.

ilan joined Raicol in February 2013 as a quality assurance manager, advancing to achieve the position of Raicol’s chief operations officer in 2016.

Ilan has over 16 years of experience in process equipment consulting and customer services, including various aspects of QA & QC management.

Ilan holds a BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Afeka Academic College.

Amit Joined Raicol in March 2021 as CTO.
Amit has over 13 years of experience leading technological R&D projects in academia and the industry, with vast experience in device fabrication and characterization, focusing on optical and electro-optical devices.
Prior to joining Raicol, Amit led R&D teams and projects at Civan Advanced Technologies, specializing in high power lasers.
Amit Holds a PhD in Physics and Nanotechnology, as well as an MSc and BSc in Physics and Chemistry, and an MBA, from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Aviad Artom joined Raicol in September 2012 as the crystal growth department manager.

Since 2021, Aviad has been managing the R&D and Engineering departments.

Aviad has over 10 years of experience in solid state analysis, crystal growth for nonlinear optics, and project management, developing new technologies from the initial concept to the final product.

Aviad holds an MSc in Chemical and Materials Engineering from the Ariel University in Israel.

Moran Hubesh – Shvartz joined Raicol in June 2016 as a human resource manager.

Moran has over 14 years of experience in recruitment, wellness and management consulting.

Moran holds a BA in Psychology from the Academic College of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, and an MA in Organizational Development from the College of Management.

Itzhak Golovinski joined Raicol in March 2004 as the deputy operation and production manager. Since 2008, Itzhak has managed the Purchasing and Administration departments.

Itzhak holds a BSc in Logistics and Economics from Bar-Ilan University.
