Our policy aimed to supply products and services which meet our customers needs and expectations and will be supplied on time and in conformance with their requirements and expectations.

The key indicator for our quality is our customer’s satisfaction level, which generate customer-supplier business partnership and commitment.
The company implemented processes based on risk management, using planning, acting and monitoring the potential risks with respect to our stakeholders in general and particularly for our customers.
The main resource of RAICOL’s company is the human labor and the company will continuously develop the employees by doing training, generating team-work, recognition in Excellence and rewards.
The processes throughout the company will be controlled and supported by engineers and meeting measurable targets, for example: efficiency, customer’s satisfaction level, number of customers and incomes, continuous improvements in our services and finding the suitable product and solutions providing the best value for each customer.

Our suppliers will be selected, approved and certified by implementing quality policy which comply with RAICOL’s requirements.
Our Quality policy is distributed on boards across the company and on the company’s web for the acknowledge of our customers, stakeholders and the public.
