SPPKTP Crystal
SPPKTP represents a significant advancement in KTP crystal technology,
offering improved power handling capabilities and reduced optical absorption while maintaining high quality poling for a variety of QPM and aperiodic poling applications. This makes it particularly suitable for applications requiring high power levels in nonlinear optics, such as quantum optics and related fields.Technical Data
- Power Handling: SPPKTP can support up to 6 times the power levels of standard PPKTP crystals.
- Low Absorption: It has 50% lower absorption compared to standard PPKTP at 532nm wavelength and 6 times less GRIIRA effect.
- Improved Performance: Absorption measurements and GRIIRA (Green Induced Infrared Absorption) tests showed significantly better results compared to standard KTP and PPKTP crystals.
SPPKTP is designed for high-power applications, particularly in areas of QKD and squeezed light sources.
