Fourth Harmonic Generation (FHG)

4th harmonic is a two step process where the emitted light is generated at a wavelength which is 1/4 of the fundamental wavelength. The first interaction is SHG of the fundamental laser, followed by an addition SHG of the doubled wavelength resulting in the FHG of the fundamental wavelength.
