What you will be doing:
•Hand on work on CMP and other machines for developing fabrication methods for thin film materials
- Conduct hands-on work in a cleanroom environment, utilizing microelectronics methods such as lithography, etching, and thin-film deposition to fabricate and develop integrated photonic devices.
• Contribute to R&D efforts by exploring new applications and methods for utilizing Raicol’s NLO crystals.

What we are looking for:
•B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Material engineering, physics, or any other relevant degree or experience with a solid background in microelectronic fabrication techniques.
• Experience in process engineering.
• Hands-on experience in a cleanroom environment using nanofabrication, nanocharacterization and microelectronics fabrication methods (e.g., lithography, etching, deposition, SEM) and/or hands-on experience in CMP methods.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, creative, and driven to improve and continuously learn.
How to stand out:
• Experience with integrated photonics and related technologies.
• Experience with CMP or similar processes.
